To maximize utility. Every Trace Tote is fully reversible, giving you two distinct looks, usually a bold artistic side and a minimalist neutral side. It’s our way of making one bag do the work of two.

| What is your "Diverse Canvas" approach to materials? |
We hate waste. We use a mix of high-quality new textiles and upcycled fabric scraps. By incorporating these "precious scraps" into our production, we reduce environmental impact and ensure every bag is a resourceful, unique creation.

| How do I clean my Trace Tote? |
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. For deep cleans, hand wash in cold water and air dry to preserve the natural fibers. |
| What is the weight capacity of the bags? |
Our standard totes are reinforced to carry up to 5kg, perfect for groceries, books, or a laptop.

| Are the bags waterproof? |
No. Our totes are made from natural textiles and embroidery that are not waterproof or water-resistant. To protect the fabric and threadwork, we recommend keeping your bag dry and air-drying it immediately if it gets wet.

Shipping & Returns
| Where do you ship? |

| How long does delivery take? |
We ship via DHL. Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. |
| How can I track my order? |
Once DHL picks up your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link. You can use this to follow your tote’s journey from our workshop to your door.

| What is your return policy? |
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your tote, contact us to initiate a return. The bag must be in its original, unused condition.

| Can I change my order after it’s placed? |
We process orders quickly, but if you email us within 2 hours of purchase, we can usually make changes.
